Member Eligibility: You must be a member in good standing for your charity submission to be eligible for consideration. If you are missing donations from previous meetings (within our Membership Year) and wish to bring your membership up to date, you can turn your cheques in at the registration table. In the event of Virtual Meetings, please make your online donation directly on the charity’s website and provide us with a confirmation email. We will record your donations and give those donations to the charity representatives. New members who have completed the membership form will be eligible to vote at the first meeting they attend.
